Unless otherwise agreed the current terms and conditions are legally binding.

All firearms related registered licensed product sales and transactions will be in strict compliance with national & international firearms legislation. 

All Firearms are live firing arms and sold as described in our detailed description reports and sold as items with the intent of collecting. If you purchase items for live firing, we can advise that you thoroughly check these items before use. We point out that firing of high or NIB condition items will result in loss of value.

We point out that most of our goods are second hand, and sold in the condition “As-Is” “Where-Is” basis with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied.

“ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” can not be held responsible: For any malfunction or defect in our items missing pages in our books or in our second hand items in general, or in any use, or inability to use, any of the products offered, or the suitability of use for any particular task, or any claims stated in our materials regarding how these products function or work. For any damages loss, cost, or damage of any kind arising from the misuse of our products or physical harm caused by our products to anyone or anything. As the Purchaser you are fully responsible.

“ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” can not be held responsible for all or any claims that may arise as a result of (whole or in part), improper or careless handling in the use of our products, unauthorized modifications, use of improper ammunition (wrong caliber, defective, hand loaded, or reloaded cartridges), abuse, neglect, corrosion, or other influences beyond our immediate and direct control. In any manner whatsoever for injury, death, or damage to property as a result of the intentional or accidental discharge of any firearm, or from its proper function when the firearm is used for purposes for which it was not designed. For incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use of property, loss of earnings, or profits, or any other commercial or residential loss.

We point out that all sales of firearms and ammunition and related licensed items shall be conducted in person.

All payments need to be conducted in full via bank transfer on our company account before transaction closure,

items not paid in full remain the property of “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” even if a deposit or advance payment or a Layaway option payment is made.

All orders need to be received via email or phone and/or in our shop. An order placed by a customer is binding and will be confirmed in writing by “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV”

We can offer a “Layaway” or "Option" program, during this time you can file for your license or import permit or allow you to organize the needed funds. This period can be up to six months and requires a 30% non-refundable deposit, If for some or other reason the item cannot be sold to you or exceeds the 6 month period, we keep the deposit as cost and restocking fee, if the item is later paid in full and all administration is in order we will only charge the storage facility as described in our storage services section.

Admission and shop location visit is by appointment only. Minors are only allowed entrance under guidance of parents or official guardian, please call or email to fix an appointment.

For international customers we take orders via email of phone, we can take care of your import and export administration. International orders are classified as those shipping outside the Belgium territory. All international orders must be pre-paid. All items entering another country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. The invoice and import export purposes must reflect actual product prices for items shipped and will not be altered. Customs duties and VAT may be billed to you by the shipping company at the time of delivery. 

We also offer full national and international transport and logistics for your orders this in full compliance with all int. and nat. firearms legislations and in full compliance with the legislation of import & export of strategic goods as described in the nat. and Int. law.

We note that as registered Belgian firearms dealer we have the duty by our federal law to report all dubious and inappropriate transactions/conduct to the local authorities. We reserve the right by law to refuse orders, sales and transactions and location visits to our premises, if we suspect any of the above.

General terms & conditions 

Unless otherwise agreed the current terms and conditions are legally binding.

An order placed by a customer and confirmed by “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” is binding.

In the event of cancellation by the customer “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” retains the right either to demand take-up and full payment, or to demand compensation which will be agreed at 30% of the sales price excluding VAT. 

Orders and quotations are only definite after they have been confirmed in writing by “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV”

Specific conditions for items in our storage services or in our consignment sales section that are left unclaimed for or not picked-up or left unsold after long period of time, if this is the case we will invoice you the services we have organized and if these invoices are left unpaid, we will claim these items or parts of as our property to the point of the unpaid invoice amount.

Complaints should be notified in writing and sent by registered post within 8 days of delivery. At the close of this period all deliveries as well as prices will be considered final.

Invoices are to be paid in euro via bank transfer to the registered offices of “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV”.

Each invoice remaining unpaid on the due date shall legally and without warning or serving of notice be subject to 10% penalty interest per annum and will also be increased - as the agreed compensation - with an amount equal to 10% of the due amount.

Failure to pay a due invoice means that all other invoiced amounts not yet due become immediately claimable, irrespective of the payment conditions apportioned.

Bills of exchange, cheques, payments or warrants do not result in novation or in deviation from the current terms and conditions.

Specific terms & conditions for rental.

Unless otherwise agreed the current terms and conditions are legally binding.

No live ammunition can be present on the site of the production for all non live fire rentals.

Cancellation of a rental agreement is only possible in the case that the equipment to be rented has not been issued from the warehouse of the lessor.

In such cases “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” retains the right to compensation equal to 50% of the total agreed price (contrary to second article of the general terms and conditions).

Once the equipment has been dispatched cancellation is no longer possible and the total amount for the rental is due, irrespective of the reason for cancellation (even cancellation of the event or production).

“ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” retains the right to refuse to use the rented equipment or to refuse to allow the rented equipment to be installed if it is determined that there could be a security issue, our team is responsible for safety and has the final word. In such cases the customer remains liable for the total amount due for the rental.

All items remain in the care and custody of our team members, our team members instructions in regards to our services and the use of the rented equipment need to be followed by all peoples present on the site of the production or event.

We take care of all specific training of the users of the items, we reserve the right to refuse any persons to use the items in regard to the safety of the event.

No live ammunition can be present on the site of the production (if non live firing event). Only Ammunition that is supplied by "ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV" can be used be it live fire or blank ammunition.

The cost of this ammunition will be charged to the lessee after the production and in regards to the amount used for the event or production.

“ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” is not responsible for any possible damage caused by the rented equipment.

In the event that the agreement is cancelled for whatever reason to the detriment of “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV”, is “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” only liable for the repayment of the deposit paid in advance; “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” is not liable for any other compensation.

Furthermore “ICFS-DELTA BELGIUM NV” is not liable for any form of compensation what so ever arising from failure to meet its commitments due to circumstances beyond its control.
